The practice offers the full range of Architectural Services as defined in the various RIAI Client Architect Agreements and will have a small number of projects in the office at any one time and all of which will be at different stages. It is normal that each project will be seen through each stage from the first client meeting, through Concept Design, Developed Design, Technical Design, Tender, Contractor Appointment, Construction, Completion and Final Account.
Services can, however, also be tailored or partial services provided to suit individual projects. Advice can also be given on the appointment of other consultants and contractors.
