The project brief was to refurbish, modernise and extend one of the Pembroke Cottages which was then a listed dwelling. The original cottage was transformed into an open plan kitchen and living space with a mezzanine over the kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom were accommodated in the two storey extension at the rear.

The Project exhibited as part of the RIAI Design for Living Exhibition in 1997 and published in Image Magazine.
