Design Philosophy
When working with clients in their own home the design intention of the practice is to change the focus of a client's home, to create an opportunity for light, to maximise the enjoyment of those who inhabit the spaces, and to accomplish these goals at affordable construction costs.
When working on existing buildings our aim is to understand the history, style, architectural features and structural condition of the building as well as the client’s needs and requirements. It is important to us that each project is characterised by a thoughtful choice of high quality materials, detailed in a contextually sensitive, manner to ensure planning permission is granted, energy-efficient and completed on time and within budget.
